The textbook is intended for preparation on the practicals of Biochemistry for the first and the second year master’s degree students, specialty “Medicine” of Faculty of Medicine at SU “St. Kliment Ohridski”. For each practical exercise subject, preparational plan and topics of the upcoming tasks are presented. Protocols contain basic theoretical discussion questions and points for practical work with the ability to visualize the results on the topic. The practical tasks are aimed at introducing some of the most widely used experimental procedures in biochemistry and clinical laboratory and their application into the medical practice.
