Creative Business has been
recognized in the last decades by powerful international organizations (such as
Worlds Bank, United Nations and more particularly UNESCO, European Union etc.)
as enough powerful to act as an engine for the rest of economic sectors. On the
European Union’s level during the last years there were different programmes
and special initiatives dedicated to support namely different aspects of these
organizations. Thus, European Union tries to achieve synergic effect and to revitalize
the overall economy, including related and peripheral to the creativity
economic sectors.
Therefore, we do believe that
Creative Industries are attractive to young people who are convinced in their
skills, abilities and knowledge to start its own business. The motives for such
decision could be fund in the characteristics and specifics of the creativity
and competitiveness in this field. On the other hand entrepreneurship requires
special skills and knowledge as well, which is difficult and sometimes
unbearable by the adults.
In this regard Major goal of
the current research is to determine and describe the attitude of young people
(students) to work in the field of creative business, as well as to find out
their attitudes to establish its own start start-up company.
Therefore, the main tasks of the research
are as follows:

to
establish the level of young people who think that they possess all
individual characteristics to work in the field of creative business. In other
words, to find the level of young people who identify themselves as creative
people;

to
establish the attitude of young people to work in the field of creative
business;

to
identify the attitude of young people to establish its own company;

to
understand the relation between the knowledge of young people on the creative
business and their attitudes and willingness of professional carrier
development in someone of the sectors within the creative business;

to evaluate the role and
relations of knowledge and personal skills on the final decision about the
professional realization of young people in the field of creative business.
Object, subject and scope of the research
The object of the present research are students doing
their Bachelor degree in the different fields of Creative Business.
The subject of the current research is to identify the
attitudes of the young people to establish its own creative business.
